Top-ups
Prepaid, in amounts you choose, bought separately. Funds never expire.
- You used less than the credit.
- The invoice is still $100. Included credit refreshes with each invoice and does not roll into the next one.
- You used more than the credit.
- The rest draws on prepaid balance. You add that balance yourself, in the amount you pick, and it never expires.
- The balance ran out.
- Agent work pauses and the ledger records where it stopped. Nothing touches your card unless you turned auto top-up on.
Auto top-up
Agent work pauses when the balance reaches zero, and stays paused until you add funds. Your card is never charged past the subscription.
The same control sits in billing settings, off until you turn it on. Switching it here changes nothing on your account.

- Per task, on the work agents actually did. Your billing page keeps a live ledger of every deposit and every charge, down to the task that caused it.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. One price per workspace, however many teammates you invited.
- Is there a free trial?
- You can create a workspace, connect your channels and look around before subscribing. Agent work that draws usage needs an active subscription or a prepaid balance.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancelling stops future invoices. Any prepaid balance stays with the workspace and the evidence trails stay readable.
